This morning I met with a brand new group of volunteers at The Option Institute. Ten people from countries around the world: Argentina, Portugal, Netherlands, Ireland, Caribbean, Puerto Rico, Sweden and the U.S.
What do they have in common? What do we all have in common?
They want to be happy/happier.
Why aren't they happy?
Self-Judgment, and afraid of being judged by others (because they are busy judging themselves).
What is our job as Option Institute teachers this volunteer term?
To help them create greater self-acceptance.
How will we do this?
1) Love them
2) Challenge them to become better students of themselves
3) Love them
4) Challenge them to become better students of themselves
5) Yes, you've got it!
