Focus

FROM CLYDE
Focus
What do you do if your camera is out of focus? Simple - adjust the lens.
What do you do if your life is out of focus? Same thing - adjust the lens.
Look at your beliefs, the lens through wihich you see your world.
If you're going through life with a fuzzy, out of focus attitude, check out your beliefs.
If you think, "Life sucks," hey, that's a belief.
If you tell yourself, "I can't help it, I'm just sad today." Hey, another belief.
If you say to your partner, "You make me so angry," yup, belief. Check out the lens you're using.

What you choose to focus on - that is your life.
What you pay attention to - that comes alive.
Want to stop being a victim? Adjust your lens.
