This weekend we had our Happiness Option weekend program at the Option Institute.
Face to Face, for them, meant figuratively "looking in a mirror" to recognize limiting beliefs and
having the opportunity to change beliefs not serving them.
Take a look in your mirror today. See just one belief you are still holding that you would be better off
without. Hey, then change it!
YES! It is that simple. Then find the evidence to support that new belief.
