Does judging make sense???

When I came to work at the Option Institute in 1994 I remember telling Clyde, "We think we know what being non-judgmental is, but I bet now that we're here we're really going to "get it" at a much deeper level". So it's been 15 years and over these last 15 years I've learned and experienced what non-judgment means at this deeper level. But last week I had a completely new experience. I was sitting with a friend and was very still and very quiet inside and had a fleeting experience..."Judging (others and situations) doesn't make any sense". At that moment, it wasn't just a theory or a concept. It was more of a deep insight that continues to live inside me with the question, "Why would we ever want to do that?" I'd love to hear your thoughts on how this idea lives in your life and the questions that come up for you. Looking forward to hearing from you!
