Living by Example

From Pessy Goldman: I have begun to live with intention. My intention is to teach that happiness is a choice. I want to share beliefs and tools that I've learned at The Option Institute with everyone and anyone I come into contact with.

Usually when I teach, I teach with the goal of my students actually learning something as a desired outcome. Not only that, I use their learning success as a yard stick for how well I've done my job. Although I am no longer a teacher in front of a classroom of students, I still teach. I teach what I do to everyone I meet.

I have implemented the tools I've learned at The Option Institute into my daily life. I share my beliefs with others, and look at the world through eyes of curiosity, fascination, and joy. I do not attach myself to an end result as I've done in the past. I do not measure my success by what I teach because my success lies in every breath I take.

With all of that being said, when I hear or see others I come in contact with say or behave knowingly that happiness is a choice, I fill myself with so much joy and gratitude. I am so glad the message is spreading - not only in thought, but in speech and in action as well.

Live what you want to teach. Live with love and acceptance. Live BIG!

Wishing you joy and blessings,
Pessy
